Once you have set up a Coast account (see How do I get started?), you can mint and redeem USDC and CST using the following steps.
Mints
Send a wire to our banking partner, using the mint instructions displayed in the Coast app.
Please note: We DO NOT currently accept money transfer services, such as Venmo, TransferWise, PayPal, Revolut, etc.
The name on your bank account must match the name on your Coast account.
It can take anywhere from 1-5 business days for a wire transfer to complete.
We will send email confirmation to you once we have received your wire.
USDC / CST is minted and transferred to the wallet address provided in the app within 1 business day of your wire settling.
Redemptions
Visit the Coast app to input your bank info and receive your unique redemption address.
This redemption address is unique to each Coast user. Please do not share your unique redemption address with anyone else.
Why is my redemption address so simple?: You will notice that this address is very simple and contains many ‘0’s. This is intentional. You can redeem from any wallet (including exchange wallets) to this address, and all redemptions received by this address will be associated with your Coast account.
Send USDC / CST (minimum $1,000) to your unique redemption address.
Our banking partner issues a wire to your bank account within 1 business day of being successfully sent to your redemption address.
