Is CST regulated?

We partner with unaffiliated third-party trust companies in the state of Nevada to hold the escrowed funds. The Nevada Department of Business & Industry, Financial Institutions Division regulates Nevada State Trust Companies. Therefore, Coast is regulated by a state financial institutions regulator, similar to a few of our competitors.
