What are Registration documents and why do we need to provide these?

All entities must be registered with the appropriate authorities. This document is a validation of the date and place of incorporation of the legal entity. In the US, this information can be verified via the Secretary of State (SOS) website and therefore, is generally not a required document.

For International clients, however, TrustLabs will require a Certificate of Registration or Certificate of Good Standing.

TrustLabs needs this document to verify the existence, name, and date of incorporation of the legal entity.
