What is a Signatory Authorization Document?

The signatory authorization document provides proof that a particular individual or individuals have been given the authority by the legal entity to act or execute on its behalf on the TUSD account.

This document may be a Board Consent OR a letter that is signed and dated by the right authorities on the company’s letterhead OR it could be a part of the company’s formation documents like an operating agreement or partnership agreement. However, such a document must be provided to add authorized signatories on the account.
