What is the status of my redemption?

After initiating a redemption, you will see a table on the Coast app dashboard labeled “Redemptions.” The transaction status is displayed in the rightmost column.

Explanations for each status are as follows: 

• Received: $CST or $USDC has been received by the Coast smart contract; our fiduciary partners have been notified and will process the redemption within 1-2 business days.
• Wire Queued: Our fiduciary partners have queued your wire; the wire will be sent out shortly.
• Completed: Our fiduciary partners have sent out a wire for the corresponding amount of $CST or $USDC redeemed.
